Clean eating is trending on the internet right now. With all the posts on social media, it’s hard not to pay attention to it. I think I have a reasonably good diet. However, most of the posts I come across I find unrelatable. I don’t have the funds to constantly buy superfoods every week. They can be pricey! If you want to eat healthy on a budget and don’t know where to start, keep reading.
