4 Low-Cal Boozy Drinks to Sip This Summer

Summer is right around the corner. Most of us are getting excited about beach days, or poolside vacations. Most likely, you’re also thinking about the summer drinks you’ll be sipping on at home. I hate to break it to you, but here are the fatty drinks you should be avoiding this summer.

If your drink is on the list, I get it, it sucks. But, here are the drinks with the lowest number of calories!

Rum and Diet Cok
Calories: 70
Serving Size: 6 oz.

Calories: 85
Serving Size: 4 oz.

Tequila and Club Soda
Calories: 100
Serving Size: 6 oz.

Sour-Apple Martini
Calories: 150
Serving Size: 3 oz.

For my fellow wino’s out there, wine can vary from 75-110 calories a glass. The drier the wine is, the fewer calories you’ll be drinking. For those who love beer, light beer is about 110 calories per bottle.

There are other ways you can help reduce your calorie intake. Drink on the rocks, this may be hard but try a flavoured vodka. Another thing you can do is pick a low cal’ mixer for your drink like water or soda water with some lime and lemon.

Keep your waistline the way you want to by keeping track of the calories in your drink! They can sneak up quickly.
