For my fellow wino’s out there, wine can vary from 75-110 calories a glass. The drier the wine is, the fewer calories you’ll be drinking. For those who love beer, light beer is about 110 calories per bottle.
There are other ways you can help reduce your calorie intake. Drink on the rocks, this may be hard but try a flavoured vodka. Another thing you can do is pick a low cal’ mixer for your drink like water or soda water with some lime and lemon.
Keep your waistline the way you want to by keeping track of the calories in your drink! They can sneak up quickly.
